Utilisation study ULAP quarter in Berlin

The utilisation study in the ULAP district analyses how utilisation expectations and utilisation options correspond to the currently recognisable offers in the design planning.

The aim of the plausibility check is to identify relevant user types and to “mirror” these in the current design. The results show how different possible uses can contribute to the creation of a lively urban neighbourhood.
