In the working group ‘Transformation as a challenge for political and administrative practice’, we will analyse the institutional conditions for the success and implementation of ‘transformation’ in more detail. Between 2026 and 2028, 12 experts will work on the interfaces between science and politics and science and administration. We will examine the structures, practices and control requirements of transformative change, i.e. system-related changes.
